  • Late payments (over 60 days) are subject to a 5% monthly interest charge.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct,
System Support Canada. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including data loss, downtime, loss of profits, or loss of use.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services.


 

11. Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly with any System Support Canada. employee or subcontractor for one (1) year following the end of services.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or business information exchanged during the engagement.


 

12. Intellectual Property

All website materials, including text, design, graphics, code, and trademarks, are the property of System Support Canada. or their respective owners.
Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
